Hi Everyone. Just wanted to share with you this months latest real estate data for our neighbourhood here at Bayview/Wellington, Aurora, Ontario. These market statistics are for the month of April, this information will give you some great insights into the overall health of the market. Supply of homes is still very low which in turn is creating a week to week increase in the sale price! For April 2023, current Aurora MLS stats indicate an average house price of $1,407,092 and 133 new listings in the last 28 days. As of today, Aurora housing data shows median days on market for a home is 11 days.
